The search box on GitCode is one of the core features of the platform, playing a crucial role in helping users efficiently find and quickly access various resources.
How to Open the Search Box
Users can directly click to activate the search box or use the shortcut key “/” to quickly open the search box.
By opening the search box, users can search for open-source project organizations and individuals, among others.
Types of Search
The types of search include open-source projects, searching models and datasets, searching issues and Pull Requests, and information about users and organizations.
1. Searching for Open-Source Projects
GitCode includes open-source projects written in multiple languages such as Java, PHP, and Go. You can use combinations of keywords, development language, project star count (Stars), project fork count (Forks), and project update time to quickly find the desired project.
2. Searching for Models and Datasets
- Enter keywords in the search bar and press the Enter key.
- On the search results page, select the "Models" or "Datasets" tab to view results related to models or datasets.
3. Searching for Issues and Pull Requests
- Enter keywords in the search bar and press the Enter key.
- On the search results page, select the "Issues" or "Pull Requests" tab to view results related to issues or Pull Requests.
4. Searching for Users and Organizations
- Enter keywords in the search bar and press the Enter key.
- On the search results page, select the "Users" or "Organizations" tab to view results related to users or organizations.
