I. Service Statement​

Welcome to this AI programming assistant. GitCode platform (hereinafter referred to as "the platform") is operated and provides services or products by Chongqing Open Source Co-Creation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GitCode" or "us" or "our company") [Address: No. 1, Hua Yi Road, Qixinggang Street, Yuzhong District, Chongqing City]. This service statement aims to clarify the rights and obligations between users and the product to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of both parties are protected during the use of the product. Please read carefully and fully understand the content of each clause, especially clauses that exempt or limit liability, personal information processing, applicable law, and dispute resolution.

II. Product Introduction​

  1. Product Positioning: This product is an AI programming assistant aimed at programmers, designed to provide development professionals with a concise, accurate, fast, efficient, and high-quality tool for answering programming technical questions and assisting in programming.
  2. Product Objectives: Strive to replace commonly used search engines and technical communities such as Google, Stack Overflow, and CSDN, becoming the preferred tool for developers.

III. Restrictive Terms​

  1. When using this product, users should abide by national laws and regulations and internet ethics, and must not use this product for any illegal or criminal activities.
  2. Users must not reverse engineer, crack, alter, or engage in other illegal acts against this product, nor infringe on the intellectual property rights of this product.
  3. Users must not use this product to send spam emails, advertising information, or other harassing content.
  4. Users should properly keep their account and password, and must not lend their account to others. Any loss caused by the user's own reasons leading to account theft or damage will be the user's responsibility.
  5. When using this product, users should respect others' intellectual property rights and privacy, and must not infringe on others' legitimate rights and interests.
  6. Users must not use this product for any commercial purposes unless they have obtained written authorization from the product.

IV. Platform Disclaimer​

  1. This product only provides technical question answers and programming assistant services, and does not assume any responsibility for the results of users using this product. Users should independently evaluate and verify the accuracy and feasibility of the answers and recommendations provided by this product.
  2. This product does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of search results. Search results may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to the quality of data sources, network conditions, etc. Users should independently assess the reliability of search results.
  3. For any direct or indirect losses caused by users using this product, including but not limited to data loss, system failure, economic loss, etc., this product shall bear no responsibility.

V. User Usage Agreement​

Users should check them promptly. Continuing to use the product is deemed as agreeing to the updated service statement and user usage agreement.
  7. Minor Usage Terms
    • This website and its content, services are only available to natural persons who are 14 years old or older. If you are under 14 years old, you should read and agree to this agreement under the supervision, guidance, and consent of your guardian before using this software and related services.     • Communicate honestly and friendly, do not insult or defraud others;

      • To better protect the privacy rights of minors, the company reminds you to strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations, and be cautious when posting content containing minors. Once posted, it is deemed that you have obtained the consent of the rights holder to display the image, voice, and other information of minors in this software and related services, and allow the company to use and process such content related to minors according to this agreement.

VI. Protection of User Personal Information​

Before account integration and data migration, we will clearly inform you of the scope, purpose, and method of data synchronization through pop-ups and page prompts, and execute it after obtaining your explicit consent.   2. Ways to handle user requests for viewing, copying, correcting, supplementing, and deleting personal information:

    • Conditions: Users need to provide valid identification to ensure that the request comes from a legitimate user and clearly state the specific content of the request.
    • Methods: Users can submit requests via the official website or customer service channels. We will respond within 3 working days and take appropriate measures to fulfill the user's request.

  3. Management of Account Integration Information

    • If the system detects that you are using the same mobile phone number/email in both this platform and AtomGit, to ensure account uniqueness, after your consent, we will merge the two accounts according to the rules clearly stated during the integration process. When the usernames are inconsistent between the two platforms, we will use your username on this platform. Account merging may be irreversible, so please read the relevant rules carefully before agreeing. After the account integration is completed, any operations (such as creation, modification, deletion) on personal information (including but not limited to user nickname, account ID, avatar, username, email address, phone number) on either platform may be synchronized to the other platform. VII. Accepting Public or User Complaints and Reports​

  1. Acceptance Channels:
    • Customer Service: The website has provided an official customer service entry. Users can contact us through this entry.
    • Email: Users can send an email to the customer service mailbox to file a complaint or report.
  2. Feedback Method:
    • We will process the complaints and reports received within a reasonable time frame and provide timely feedback on the handling results.

VIII. Other Clauses​

  1. The interpretation and implementation of this service statement and user usage agreement apply to the laws of the People's Republic of China.
  2. If any dispute arises between the user and the product, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction at the company's place of business.
