Organizing the Community

In organizing the community, users can conveniently manage or participate in discussions, view different types of discussions, search for relevant content by keywords, and create new discussions. Organization administrators can also set and manage discussion categories and groups to better organize discussions, ensuring efficient information retrieval and smooth team communication.

Discussion List


  • By clicking on the "Community" in the navigation bar, you can view the list of discussions within the organization.

  • The right-side category bar categorizes different types of discussions; the dropdown menu on the left side of the classification table allows sorting by the status of the discussion as well as sorting order.

  • After clicking to bring up the search box, you can input keywords to search for relevant discussions.

Creating a New Discussion


  • By clicking on the "New Discussion" button at the top-right corner, you can initiate a discussion of the selected type.

  • After entering the discussion title and detailed content and then clicking "Create Discussion", you will successfully create a new discussion.

Discussion Content Category Settings


  • If you are an administrator of this organization, click on the "Discussion Content Category Settings" button at the top-right corner to configure the discussion content categories:

Creating a New Discussion Category/Group


  • Click on the "..." button next to the category to edit or delete it.

  • Clicking on "New Category" or "New Group" allows you to create new discussion categories and groups within the organization.

  • Taking "New Category" as an example, creating a group follows a similar process. Enter the category name, description, select the discussion format and group settings, and click "Create". Once displayed "Created", it means the creation is successful, and the category will appear in the list of categories.

A group is a combination of multiple similar content types. A group contains the types of discussions and the discussions within each type. Each content category can only belong to one unique group.
