Organization Onboarding Requirements
Before applying for onboarding, the organization must meet the following requirements:

Complete Organizational Information
- Complete organizational information must be filled out, including organization name, description, contact information, etc.
- Relevant projects should be imported to ensure they have a certain level of completeness and applicability.

Regular Maintenance and Updates
- The organization needs to regularly maintain project code, update Issues, handle Pull Requests, and participate in discussions to ensure a good user experience.
- It is recommended to set an update frequency to keep information up-to-date and respond positively to community feedback.

Step 1: Create Organization

Step 2: Complete Organization Setup
Enter “Organization Settings” to complete the organization setup, allowing users who visit the organization homepage to quickly understand the organization.
1. Basic Settings
Configure the organization introduction to allow users to quickly understand the organization.
- Prepare in advance: organization logo, organization description, official links, etc.
2. Member Management
Invite members or manage members.
3. Import Projects
GitCode provides a feature to import projects via URL, allowing you to easily import external repositories into GitCode for further management, collaboration, and version control. Whether your source code is hosted on other platforms or your own server, GitCode's import function can help you seamlessly migrate it to GitCode.

4. Discussions
Organizational discussions (projects also have their own discussion features) support users in creating and managing discussion topics within the organization. 5. Usage and Storage
Click “Organization Settings”, then click “Usage and Storage”, to quickly view the resource usage of the repository, including storage statistics.
